Torch Consultants Ltd. was established in 1997 by Tim Church. This small CRO is based in Surrey, England, where it is centrally placed for local support to pharmaceutical companies in the Thames Valley and further south. However work is also undertaken further afield, with experience, for example, in Switzerland.
